AMMR adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices. All parties involved in publication are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Authors
- Present original, accurate work and retain raw data for verification.
- Attribute all sources and obtain permission for reused material.
- Disclose funding sources and any conflicts of interest.
- Not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
- Notify the editor promptly of any error discovered after submission or publication.
Editors
- Make fair, unbiased decisions based solely on academic merit.
- Preserve the confidentiality of submitted material.
- Manage conflicts of interest and recuse themselves where necessary.
- Act promptly and fairly on suspected or alleged misconduct.
Reviewers
- Maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
- Complete reviews within the agreed timeframe.
- Declare conflicts of interest before accepting an assignment.
Allegations of misconduct are handled following COPE flowcharts. Where warranted, the journal will issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions.
